15. Musculoskeletal Activity During Wearing Rings Around the Neck

Rings around the neck induce an upward lifting activity of the neck muscles, otherwise the jaw bones and facial muscles will be exposed to significant discomfort

The upward lifting activity of the neck muscle heavily determines the musculoskeletal activity of the rest of the upper part of the body; particularly it induces the upward lifting activity of the abdominal muscles.

  1. The upward lifting activity of the neck muscles is responsible for an elongated neck.

  1. The upward lifting activity of the neck muscle stimulates the upward lifting activity of the abdominal muscles.

  1. The upward lifting activity of the neck and abdominal muscles is responsible for a lean body shape among women who practice the Asian custom of wearing rings around the neck.

16. Musculoskeletal Activity after Bariatric Surgery (Weight Loss Surgery)

Surgical wounds and devices (staples, Band, etc.) left in the stomach induces a latent upward lifting activity of the abdominal muscles; otherwise the abdomen will be exposed to much greater discomfort or pain.

The upward lifting activity of the abdominal muscle heavily determines the musculoskeletal activity of the rest of the upper part of the body; particularly it stimulates the upward lifting activity of the neck muscles.

The upward lifting activity of the abdominal muscle is the factor responsible for post bariatric surgery weight loss, and for improving health conditions.

An extensive explanation of the mechanism underlining weight loss induced by Bariatric Surgery (weight Loss Surgery) is explained in the article: The Underlining Mechanism of Weight Loss Induced by Bariatric Surgery (Weight Loss Surgery), in Part 1, Chapter 11.

17. The Consequences of wearing Rings around the Neck

  1. Rings around the neck heavily influence the biomechanics of sitting in such a way that a person is forced to maintain a straight spine in a sitting position. Rings around the neck prevent the bending of the neck, and it forces the maintenance of the neck spine (cervical spine) in a straight position.

  1. Rings around the neck prevent an excessive curvature of the cervical and lumbar spine.

  1. By walking and sitting, a person is obligated to maintain a certain body posture; otherwise the rings around the neck will produce discomfort.

  1. The neck becomes elongated.

  1. Body is unable to become overweight or obese.

Please note:

a)                  Any suggestion that people should wear rings around the neck in order to prevent or to treat obesity should be regarded as insanity.

b)                  One more thing that should be considered is that the WLS (bariatric surgeries) is a far bigger insanity than attempting to lose weight by wearing rings around the neck.

18. The Consequences of Bariatric Surgery (Weight Loss Surgery)

  1. The Good Consequences of Bariatric Surgeries: New York University (NYU) Medical Centre estimates that approximately 60 to 80 percent of excess body weight is lost within the first two years after surgery. After weight loss begins, co-morbid illnesses like diabetes, high blood pressure and high cholesterol are lessened.

  1. The Bad Consequences of Bariatric Surgeries: loss of muscle mass, risk of gallstones, the NYU Medical Centre estimates that approximately one out of 10 people who have had gastric bypass will need gallbladder removal surgery.

  1. The Ugly Consequences of Bariatric Surgeries: according to the Mayo Clinic, various risks associated with gastric bypass surgery include death, blood clot formation in the legs and pneumonia. These risks tend to be higher among highly overweight individuals or those with more medical conditions prior to surgery.

19. About this Article

I tried to explain to the best of my ability without causing offence to anyone; not to people involved in show business and not those involved in the weight loss industry.

The only intention of this article is to explain the cause and solution for obesity, along with trying to explain the biological basis of fat mass progression and regression. There are so many problems to explain because of the wrong terms used in any discussion about obesity. Here are just a few of them that make it much harder to explain the causes and solution for obesity.

  1. Fat mass progression and fat cell progression is regarded as weight gain of the fat mass and this is wrong.

  1. Fat mass regression and fat cell regression is regarded as a loss of fat mass and this is wrong.

There is no weight loss or weight gain of the fat mass, but only fat mass progression followed by fat cell progression, and fat mass regression followed by fat cell regression.

I used the example of Long Neck Women in an attempt to explain that weight loss after Weight Loss Surgery is not due to a reduction of food intake. Actually, Weight Loss Surgeries - Bariatric Surgeries, produces, to some extent, an effect as wearing rings around the neck. Only wearing rings around the neck is absolutely effective in weight gain prevention, and weight loss surgery is not so effective.

Sooner or later, the medical society and the general public will have to confront with the fact that Weight Loss Surgeries/Bariatric surgeries (recently changed to Metabolic -Bariatric Surgery), are medical practices based on a misunderstanding.

Third Edition -
In this book, there is a ground breaking discovery of the biological basis of body fat formation and the mechanism underlying body fat distribution. Discoveries revealed in this book will enable us to efficiently and effectively solve the problem of obesity.
Real science of weight gain and weight loss
Also, this book will explain why humans are the only ones who are able to gain over 500% or more body weight above their normal body weight, and why all other species do not.
In the second part of this book, POSTURAL AND MOTOR SKILL EXERCISES are described for the first time ever, which will enable everyone in a short time to cure obesity and improve health and overall wellbeing.
